Kevin Nortness - Musician/Educator 

This duo presents jazz standards and other recognizable melodies in a smooth low-impact package: perfect for cocktail parties, luncheons, and private functions where a cool and mellow vibe is most appropriate. 

Freaks for the Festival is a quintet featuring original music by tenor saxophonist Kevin Nortness. The general vibe of the band intends to present modern jazz as a high-energy and celebratory interpretation of the jazz tradition. 

The group features Kevin Nortness on tenor sax, Marc Fendel on alto sax, Geoff Harper on bass, Brad Gibson (or Jose Martinez) on drums, and Eric Verlinde (or Matt Williams) on keys.
